What should I do about my ex-best-friend?

Ok so last year my friend dated the same guy im dating right now, right after i broke up with him...then they broke after like two days and i got back togethor with him. now shes like crazy!! she won't leave me alone about how this guy is ruining our friendship and how hes a man and mean stuff like that. so i stopped talking to her and so did my boyfriend BUT she keeps getting fake screenames on im and stuff and she sends ims to my boyfriend trying to be a different person but he always gets it and blocks her after a while, and its just soo annoying, can anyone help me with this?
