Should I get the flu jab? 32 weeks pregnant?

I am SO stuck. I'm from the UK and its been all over the news that docs are urging all pregnant women to get the flu vaccine because theres a huge outbreak of flu/swine flu this winter. I had swine flu last year, but apart from that I never get flu! I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I've got a flu vaccine booked for tomorrow after months of umming and ahhing. Now I'm regretting booking one and thinking of cancelling. From what I've read on the internet they don't even know if its 100% safe for baby? I'm so confused, I don't want to get the flu and put myself and my baby at risk, but I don't want a vaccine that also might put my baby at risk! Help!
