What age is your body able to have (girls)?

Im a teenager and ive already went through ed and stuff but i want to know when the most likely age your body is ABLE to have . And i know im a teen i shouldnt have but the deal is me and my Bf have already discussed having only after we're married. But when is your body actually able to have and how wet do you have to be before it happens? this is just curiousity speaking its mind so dont worry im not having sex till im married
