Is Yahoo answers becoming a forum for only the more snobby people?

It seems like I see more people criticize askers for their spelling and grammatical errors, and then not answer their questions. It seems to be the same kinda folks who report the slightest colorfull word. How is insulting someones grammer and not answering their question less offensive than using a four letter word?
