Is this a serious foot condition?
I've been having this problem with both of my first toes, the left more than the right one, on each foot. On the sides of both big toes, the sides next to the second toes, the skin is really soft and has a squishy, liquid-gel feel to it, like a thawed out ice pack, and they feel cold in that area when I touch them. They also seem really sensitive there in that area and they tend to pop off and on. I'm a 21 year old male and sometimes when I'm standing, and sometimes walking, I get a slight aching at the joints of both big toes. I don't what's caused it or what's been causing it, is there something I can do to help if it is something serious? I'm not sure if it's normal or not.
