How to get more business Ann Summers?

Ive been a rep for 6 months and its come to the stage that im getting no new business how can i get some new girls in the north west to have a free party and they will get some fab discounts too. Ive put an ad in the paper, use facebook, ask most women i see i even leave business cards in any shops i go in. Not sure what im doing wrong that people are not contacting me as the parties i do are really funny and everyone has a laugh the ladies always rebook but i need new girls as there is only so many times you can look through the book before getting fed up. Any ideas will be appreciated thanks
