How effective is the antiobiotic 'Zithromax' with Bronchitis and Layringitus? Please help?

Zithromax is a very strong broad spectrum antibiotic. You have to give it time. Try warm salt water gargles and mucinex to help break up the mucous. Lots of water intake too.
