Help for name of this song on tv ad plz!!!!?

I have heard this cool song on tv but its really annoying cos i cant remember it. Its on the national geographic channel, on an advert for world earth day 2009. It was also on a comic relief advert earlier this year. Help plz!!!! This is really annoying that i cant remember the song.
