How come people don't understand what I go through everyday and yet they cyber bully me ?

I am extremely upset because I used to go to this forum on another website a few months ago looking for help and advice on getting married in vietnam. But as soon as I mentioned that I want to marry a girl from vietnam because I'm a vietnamese american guy and no girls in the united states would date me, people started cyber bullying me and calling me a loser. They don't understand what I have to go through everyday, feeling unloved and hopeless at the age of 21. I never dated a girl because they would all reject me. This forum moderator from that website who is the website owner is now stalking me online and making fun of me on his forum. Everyone on his forum is calling me a loser. He states that he knows me because he claims he traced my ip address. Tracing an IP address only gives you the state and the city and the ISP provider and does not reveal your physical street address. I feel sad that people would take the time to bully a 21 year old. The forum moderator is 60 years old and it's sad that he takes the time out of his day to bully someone who could be the same age of his child if he had a child. How come people on the Internet do this me ? How come he does this to me ? Is there anything I can do to feel better ?? The forum moderator lives in Thailand.
