hi kerry think how i feel my name is whitehead lol,,, ive lived with it all my life,, lol,, anyway, try sauna's (if on your face get a face steamer) this unblocks pores stopping whiteheads, blackheads etc, you may just have an oily skin and blocked pores try a sauna a wast with just water after, i hope that works, gl.
