What should I do for my first time in New Orleans next weekend?

I am going to be tailgating and going to the Saints vs Steelers game Sunday, but Saturday is open. I don't want to go to the VooDoo Music Festival. So... if you only had ONE DAY in NOLA, what would YOU do??
