Have you had a partial (marginal) placenta previa that corrected itself during pregnancy?

resulting in a l birth? I have had one hospital birth (drug free) and 2 home births. I found out today I have a low lying placenta (within 2 cm of my cervix.) I am nearly 20 weeks and horrified at the possibility of a c section. I really want a l, drug free birth, and am fine with the possibility that it has to happen in the hospital. I am feeling very stressed about this. Did you experience any of this. Thank you.
