I need help with this boy please!?

Okay, so there's this boy in my 2nd period named Corey. He's new from Ohio and just came in about a week or so ago. I really like him a lot I mean OMG He has blonde hair and green eyes and he is so hott I like him so much. But I never talk to him and he never talks to me. But he's not shy. He has a lot of friends and everything. So today, me and my friend are in the lunch line and I see him so I say to my friend "Let's go talk to him I need to find out his last name" and my friend thinks I look EXACTLY like him like he's my brother so, we get our lunch and we walk over to him and his friends but he's also sitting with a girl (she's really not attractive at all) and they're all laughing so anyways when we walk over to their table and the girl see's me she just stops laughing and looks at me and I could see the expression on her face. It was a "go away" kind of face and so he stops what he's doing turns around and the first thing my friend says is "doesn't she look like him?" and he is like "no" in a go away kind of tone so I ask him, "what's your last name?" (while grinning) and he says "Wright" in the same kind of get away from me tone and then I said "okay, just making sure" as I walk away giggling and as I walk away the girl says "he's taken" and gives me a thumbs up. I really don't think he could be taken because he's been at our school for such a short period of time. I want him to like me like I like him. Anything I should say? Today was the first time I ever talked to him. And I don't know what to say because I don't have much experience with boys. Any tips at all? I usually dress a little boyish like I will wear a guys long sleeve shirt with jeans and regular puma shoes. I mean could it be the way I dress? my rather boyish look? Help please I need tips!!
