I am looking into getting a steam vac had a few ?'s?

I am dead tired of cleaning floors with a mop and have been recently looking into a steam vac and reading up on them and reviews, well now I really would want one. My question is what cleaners can I use?? I know that I can just use plain distilled water. Is that all the steam vac needs to clean?? A lil hard to belive if you ask me. I just would like to know how to get the most out of a steam vac. I have as well tile floors on all my house. Thank's in advance.
